Sunrise´s upcoming mecha anime “Valvrave the Liberator” (Kakumeiki Varuvureivu) will soon premiere and a new trailer was recently released to get everybody excited. This trailer is by far the most intriguing one to be streamed yet, as it shows off more of the anime and the relationships between the characters. Several new characters are shown and the opening theme for the anime titled “Preserved Roses” performed by the brilliant T.M.Revolution and Nana Mizuki can be heard.
“Valvrave the Liberator” is directed by Kō Matsuo and music by Akira Senju. The anime is written by the talented Ichirō Ōkouchi who is known for “Code Geass: Lelouch of the Revellion” and “Berserk: Golden Age Arc”. Sunrise´s “Valvrave the Liberator” is set to premiere April 12, 2013.
Shinreki 71, 70% of all human beings have finally migrated to space due to the development of space cities. Between two organizations called the Dorushia Military Pact Federation and the Atlantic Ring United States (ARUS), there is a small neutral nation called Jiōru that has prospered economically. In the same year, Haruto Tokishima, a high school student living in Jiōru discovered a mysterious mecha called Valvrave during the Dorushia’s attack in the nation.
“Valvrave the Liberator” is licensed in North America by Aniplex USA and it will be streamed with English subtitles on Crunchyroll official website.
